Christopher Wright, CISSP, CEH
Chris is the founder of Citadel Systems (a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) and a founding partner in Sullivan Wright Technology Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in military, government, financial technology, and small business cybersecurity. His experience includes vulnerability management, risk management, security program development, penetration testing, and process automation and efficiency. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland University College. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Chris is heavily involved in the tech community in Central Arkansas as a mentor with The Venture Center, a Game Master for JOLT Cyber Challenge, an organizer for the Central Arkansas Hackers Group, an organizer for Little Rock Tech Fest, and an industry advisory board member for Arkansas Tech University and Philander Smith College Computer Science departments.
Lee is the Founder & CEO of Forge Institute and the founding Executive Director of the American Cyber Alliance.
Dr. Carolina Cruz-Neira
Crystal Arcicovich brings a wealth of knowledge on program management and overseeing the daily operations of the business. Crystal is a Little Rock transplant, relocating from Metro-Detroit, Michigan. Graduating from Walsh College in 09' with her BBA, majoring in Management, minoring in Marketing, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of business, with experience in accounting, event coordinating, sales and program and project management roles.
Dr. Cruz-Neira is the Executive Director of the George W. Donaghey Emerging Analytics Center and the Interim Chair of Computer Science at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. She is an experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated track record of working in the higher education industry as well as in entrepreneurial initiatives. Her applied research and development focus areas are: emerging interactive visualization, immersive visualization, visual analytics, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
