The amount of available talent cannot adequately fill the current demand within the cyber security workforce, therefore the ACA is providing an apprenticeship program to develop highly skilled Cyber Operators.This unique program prepares cyber operators to defend critical networks and detect threats, through full immersion training including on-keyboard active simulation, classroom instruction and field experience.
The ACA Apprenticeship Program streamlines the hiring process providing employers advanced Cyber Operators while minimizing the employers time and resources used to recruit and train. Employers that invest in their Current Employees, New Hires and/or Veterans by engaging in the ACA Apprenticeship Program, benefit with a highly talented, more diverse workforce.
